At Glassbrain, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services. Please read this policy carefully. By using Glassbrain, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services:

Account Data

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign up through a third-party provider (such as GitHub or Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and referring URLs.

Trace Data

When you use Glassbrain to debug AI applications, we process trace data that you send to our platform. This may include LLM inputs, outputs, metadata, latency measurements, and related debugging information. You control what trace data is sent to Glassbrain through your SDK configuration.

  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase as our database provider and Vercel as our hosting platform. Both providers maintain industry-standard security certifications and practices.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following third-party services to operate Glassbrain:
