By creating an account or using Glassbrain, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. The term "you" refers to both the individual user and the organization, as applicable.

Glassbrain is an AI debugging and observability platform that helps developers understand and fix issues in AI-powered applications. The Service includes visual debugging tools, trace analysis, time-travel replay, and related features. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

4. Pricing and Billing

Glassbrain offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a competing product
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive behavior through the platform

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to delivering the Service, unless you provide explicit consent.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the platform. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 90 days of termination, except where retention is required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.
